Internet - Protection Mode: Off....anybody know why? Still OOBE
I even Reset Internet Explorer settings several times. How come it's staying off??

Go to Tools|Internet Options| Security (TAB)| check mark on "Enable Protection Mode on" or click on Reset all zones to default level
